What Shipping Methods Are Available?

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
This will depend on your country and your location within your country, also the shipping method you select. The cheaper the shipping price the longer it will take. To see an updated list of estimated shipping time please visit our Shipping section.
Do all Shipping Methods have Track and Trace?
Unfortunately not at this stage. The more expensive the shipping the higher the chance your shipment will have track and trace.
With our cheaper shipping options the track and trace can be disjointed, meaning we can see part one of the shipment and you will be able to see part 2 of the shipment. In this case we will try and keep your account order shipping status updated until a better option is found.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
asia2u.com has accounts with Stripe, PayPal, and Skrill which gives you access to make payment using a number of different payment gateways. At the bottom of the web page, we show a list of available payment method icons. Also, we allow bank transfer and soon we will be able to accept digital payments such as Crypto.
Do you Store any of my Payment Details?
No. asia2u.com does not have access to your personal payment details, nor do we collect and store your payment details, this is all handled by our third-party payment suppliers.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account, however, you can tick a check box in the checkout to have the system create an account for you. This is a good idea to have an account so you have a record of your purchase with us.
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is very easy, just find the product you select the Quantity you want to buy and then just click Add to Cart. Adding to cart is a safe way to make a purchase so you can do a final check to make sure you have selected the right product and you are 100% sure of the purchase before making payment. Once you have made the purchase and payment it is a lot of work to try and change later.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
This can be a tricky question at times. The short answer is yes, however, if our warehouse has already processed your order, it will be impossible to change or cancel your order. But if it has not been processed by our warehouse and you have contacted us in time we can change or cancel your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
The short answer is Yes, you can return your purchased product. However, the cost in returning a product back to us will be a lot more expensive from your end and the risks that go with it. For more information please see our refund policy page.
Who can become a Vendor?
Only business within Asia can become a vendor on asia2u.com platform. The business must have a high quality standard product with a reasonable cost price and sales price. At this stage we are only excepting businesses within China for physical products and all of Asia for digital downloadable products.
What are the Steps to take to be a Vendor?
If you comply with the basic rules from the FAQ page "Who can become a Vendor?, then create an account. Once this is completed, please contact us and provide your contact details and your business details along with the product(s) you would like to sell on asia2u.com.
How does dropshipping work?
Dropshipping works if you have a business or want to start a business were you advertise our products for sale on your website or social media platform. You sell our products at a retail price and buy our products from us at a discounted price. The advantage is you do not need to buy and hold stock that can be very costly and time consuming.
