- If your support issue is related to a damaged item, please take very clear photos or video of your product that shows the damage and any special markings such as a number.  Also, any packaging or other parts if these are directly related to the problem.     
- Please describe very clearly what the problem is and how the problem came about.     
- Provide any dates from when you first received your product and the date the issue happened.
