Refund, Resend & Cancellation Policy – Asia2U

At Asia2U, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. This policy outlines how we handle order cancellations, product resends, refunds, and returns.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us via our contact form or from our support center Click to go.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees.
  • If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or refund it.

Product Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, we offer the following options, depending on the issue:

  • Severely Damaged Product
    Send clear photos or video evidence of the damage. Once approved, we will either:
    • Issue a full refund, or
    • Resend a replacement product at no cost.
  • Partially Damaged Product
    You may receive a partial refund or free replacement, based on the damage assessment.
  • Packaging Damage Only
    If the product itself is undamaged, no refund or replacement will be offered.

All damage claims are subject to approval at the full discretion of Asia2U.

Undelivered Orders

If your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

If your tracking shows non-delivery or return-to-sender for the following reasons, Asia2U is not liable:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Unknown recipient or no such number
  • Delivery refused
  • Item is unclaimed or not picked up in time
  • No safe delivery location
  • Uncleared customs (***)
  • Other postal issues

Proof of non-delivery must be verified by the local postal service.

Returns

We accept product returns to our China warehouse, but we advise caution:

  • International return shipping is expensive and may take up to 90 days.
  • Returns are at your own risk — lost or damaged return items are not refundable.

To qualify for a refund upon return, the following must apply:

  • The returned item arrives back to us in original condition
  • Any return fees (customs, shipping, or payment processing) will be deducted from your refund
